Cold day is very likely in the eastern region of Uttar Pradesh in the next 24 hours. By the end of December, as soon as the temperature drops, there is a possibility of cold wave with severe cold. On December 27, drizzle may also occur amid strong winds. The fog will remain dense for two more days.
Chances of rain again on 26-27
According to the Uttar Pradesh Meteorological Department (UP weather forecast), it will be cloudy on Monday and there is a possibility of drizzle. From December 26, there may be cloud cover due to the activation of Western Disturbance. On December 27 and 28, there may be light rain in the metropolis and its surrounding areas. On December 26 and 27, cold day conditions are likely to prevail over some parts of Uttar Pradesh and one or two places over East Uttar Pradesh.
Chances of dense fog and cold day
There is a possibility of dense to very dense fog in UP for the next 48 hours, there will be dense fog in two to three areas of UP, till the new year the maximum day temperature can be 26°C and the minimum temperature at night can be 9°C. . According to weather forecast agency Skymet, cold day to extremely cold day conditions are possible at one or two places over Punjab, Haryana and parts of Uttar Pradesh and East Uttar Pradesh.
