Two-lane bypass will be built to connect Indore and Dewas road, connectivity will be easy

Ujjain News: Now another two-lane bypass is going to be constructed to connect Indore and Dewas Road. Due to this road, Indore Road and Dewas Road will be directly connected to each other. This bypass is going to be taken out from Hamukhedi on Dewas Road to Tapobhoomi on Indore Road, due to which the connection of two major routes of the city will be better than before.

This is the main road connecting both the cities and increasing connectivity will make it easier for the drivers. At present, the drivers who have to go from Dewas Road towards Indore Road have to catch the highway while entering the city. After construction, they will bypass the city area and connect directly to Indore road. The traffic pressure in urban areas will also reduce and accidents will also reduce.

Due to the construction of the two-lane bypass, the families living in 12 colonies built in the Hamukhedi area adjacent to Dewas will also get the facility of movement. In 2028, when saints and sages will reach Ujjain, there will be a lot of convenience in coming and going. The connectivity between Indore and Dewas Road is also good from the point of view of business. In a way, a commercial area can be developed here.

The road construction for this two-lane bypass will be done by the PWD and the bridge coming over the Shipra river will be constructed by the Setu Nigam. For this land will be acquired for which compensation will also be provided. The bypass will be constructed at a cost of about 39 crores. After sending the details of the project to the government, as soon as the approval is received, tender will be floated and work will be started.
