48000 employees will be benefited

If the consent is made, then about 48 thousand permanent employees will get benefits. Presently these employees are being given the benefit of the sixth pay scale. This includes unskilled permanent workers, semi-skilled and skilled workers whose salary is between 4000 to 5000.
