Thieves took away idol of God from Jain temple, cash also missing, police is checking CCTV

Ujjain News: Theft incidents are happening continuously in the city and the police have failed to crack down on these thieves. The police are not able to reach the thieves and the police are being challenged by new incidents every day. Thieves have carried out the theft incident in the Jain temple of Nayapura in Ujjain. Thieves escaped from here with 25 thousand cash along with three idols of Lord enshrined in the temple.

On November 30, there was a theft in Rishi Nagar of the city in broad daylight, after that now the incident of theft has also been carried out in the Jain temple of Nayapura. When the priest of the temple reached to open the doors, the incident came to know. Giving information, Pandit said that when he reached the temple, the door of the main gate along with Bhandare was broken, seeing which he informed the police. In this incident, three metal idols and 25 thousand kept in the donation box were stolen from the temple. The CCTV camera of the temple was off at the time of the incident, so the police could not get the footage. Fingerprints have been taken from the spot and CCTV cameras nearby are being scanned.

Not only this, the courage of the thieves who committed the theft is so high that they carried out the incident of theft in broad daylight in front of the DIG office. On November 30, the theft incident was carried out in half an hour by breaking the lock in the house of a retired superintendent engineer living in Rishi Nagar around 3:30 pm. No one was present at the house at the time of the incident and the miscreants took advantage of this. This whole incident has been captured in CCTV camera.
