Jabalpur News : In Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur, a campaign was launched to nab the absconding accused. Combing patrolling was carried out in the city by the Jabalpur Police under the leadership of Superintendent of Police Siddharth Bahuguna. In rural areas including the city, raids were conducted to nab the accused, in which 207 illegal warrants, 354 arrest warrants and 11 absconding accused in pending cases were apprehended. Also, one accused who violated the order of District Badar has also been apprehended. At the same time, 161 bailable warrants were also served. This action has been taken in the intervening night of December 10 to 11 in all the districts of the state as per the order of the Director General of Police, Madhya Pradesh Bhopal.

All police station in-charges of the district were involved

All the station in-charges of the district along with top police officers participated in this combing patrol. By whom raids were conducted to nab the accused. During patrolling, habitual criminals involved in frequent crimes were identified, a list of which was asked by Superintendent of Police Siddharth Bahuguna to make a list of each police station in-charge. On the basis of which, to nab the accused, their hideouts were raided late at night when they were sleeping peacefully in their homes. At the same time, suddenly seeing the police, these criminals also tried to run away, but the policemen present there caught them while laying siege.

3 to 4 teams formed

During combing patrol, 3 to 4 teams were formed in each police station to arrest absconding accused in warranty and pending cases. The in-charge of one team was the police station in-charge himself, the in-charge of the other team was the sub-inspector/assistant sub-inspector level officer. Whereas, from 12 midnight to 5 am, Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Gopal Khandel, Additional Superintendent of Police (South) Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime) Samar Verma, Additional Superintendent of Police North / Traffic Pradeep Shende, Additional Superintendent of Police Under the guidance of (Rural) Shivesh Singh Baghel and all the City Superintendents of Police/SDOP, combing patrolling of the staff was done by all the station in-charges of the city and the countryside.
