Dindori News: A big news is coming from Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh, where on Tuesday afternoon, Dindori Tehsildar stopped a mini truck carrying lentils seeds and documents were not found, due to which the Tehsildar seized the mini truck and took it to Kotwali police station. Lentil seeds have been made to stand in, being told of the Agriculture Department. It was reported to be carried illegally.

Dindori Tehsildar Bisan Singh Thakur said that information was received from the informer that lentil seeds were being transported in sacks of the National Seeds Corporation in a mini truck (MP 20 GB 1701) from the city side. When he stopped the truck and asked for the documents, he did not have them. It was told in the information that 107 sacks of Masoor were being sent from the Agricultural Training Center godown to be distributed to the farmers in Shahpura. Which was about 60 quintals. The letter given to the mini truck driver mentioned 26 September 2022. Not only this, according to the truck driver, till the time the mini truck was uploaded, no orders were given by the Agriculture Department. At present, the truck has been parked at the police station. Will ensure further action in case the documents are available.
According to the information received, the seed was being released from the godown of the Agriculture Department without a gate pass. After this the district administration was informed. While the farmers of Shahpura area had demanded lentil seeds from the Agriculture Department between the month of October and 15 November. The seeds were kept in the government godown of the district headquarters, but the farmers should get these seeds for sowing in September-October. After the information, the Tehsildar got the vehicle parked in the police station. Sources reveal that suspended Deputy Director Agriculture Ashwani Jharia has tried to hide the seeds from the mini truck.
