Teachers Recruitment: There is good news for the youth of the state. The new process of teacher recruitment in government schools will start from the new year. For which preparations have been completed. Notification has also been issued. This time recruitment of teachers can be organized for more than 7500 posts.

However, under the new rule, it will be mandatory for the candidates to take the exam twice to become a teacher. After the eligibility test, the selection test will also be conducted. Eligibility tests for higher secondary education will be conducted under Tribal Affairs Department and School Education Department. Meanwhile, a manual has been issued by the Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board. Online application for Teacher Eligibility Test 2023 will be started from January 12. The last date for the same application has been kept on January 27.

Talking about the qualification on the posts, it is necessary to have a postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with second class B.Ed and equivalent qualification. Along with this, it will be mandatory for reserved category candidates to obtain minimum 50 percent marks and unreserved category candidates to obtain minimum 60 percent marks to qualify in the examination.

Application fee

₹ 600 has been fixed for the unreserved category while ₹ 300 has been fixed for the reserved category for recruitment to the posts. Candidates have to pay the fee per question paper. The same ₹ 60 will be recovered from the candidates as portal fee and it will be mandatory to pay ₹ 20 at the time of login.

For this, online examination is likely to start from March 1. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The first-shift exam will be conducted from 9:00 am to 11:30 am while the second-shift exam will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Earlier, giving great relief to the candidates, the government had made the validity of Teacher Eligibility Test lifelong. For the candidates of Teacher Eligibility Test conducted after the year 2018, the validity of their eligibility test will be lifelong. After this, the candidates will be able to appear in the selection test for teacher recruitment. For this, they will not need to appear in the eligibility test again.
