Actually, Sachin Dahayat, 26 years old had embezzled 11 crore 16 lakh in the name of 38 fake persons. After knowing about the matter, the police had registered a case against Sachin under sections 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471. Since then the accused Sachin was absconding.

On the other hand, Tehsildar Prahlad Lalwani, while filing a report at Kevalari police station, told how Sachin Dahayat defrauded the government by fraudulently depositing Rs 11 crore 16 lakh in 40 bank accounts of 38 persons through 279 forged documents.
