School Winter Vacation : There is important news for the students of class 1st to 8th. All schools will remain closed on Thursday in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida and capital Lucknow. In both the districts, the District Magistrate has issued an order in this regard. It has been told in the order that today, December 29, 2022, will be a holiday in all the schools of the district on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh’s birth anniversary.
These will include all secondary, non-government, non-finance recognized, CBSE and ISE schools in the district. Apart from these, council schools will also have a holiday on Thursday. Gautam Budh Nagar district administration has also banned physical classes in schools from first to eighth in Noida and Greater Noida in view of the outbreak of cold and fog. District Magistrate Suhas L Yatiraj has currently issued this order till January 1, 2023. A copy of the order has been sent to all the principals.
Schools will open on January 2
As per the order, classes up to class 8th will not be conducted in all schools of all boards till January 1, 2023, but online classes will continue. Same Bareilly DM has also issued orders to close all schools up to class VIII till 31st December and 1st January is a Sunday, so schools will remain closed on this day also. Now the schools will open from Monday 2nd January. Earlier, in Hapur, Meerut and Etah, the local administration had also decided to close the schools for a certain period. Schools have been kept closed in Meerut till January 1.
14 in Baghpat and holiday in college till 7 January
In the same Baghpat, an order has been issued for the holiday from 27th December to 14th January. Apart from schools, UP’s Ruhelkhand University has also announced winter vacation in its campus and affiliated colleges. Ruhelkhand University and its affiliated colleges will have winter vacation from December 30, 2022 to January 7, 2023.
