Gagga Goud’s murder case
Actually, the case pertains to the murder of Joshua Williams alias Gagga Goud. When Sanjay Cole killed his friend on the basis of suspicion. After which the police started investigation. In which it was learned that the accused suspected his friend that something was going on with his wife. On the day of the incident, Joshua had also taken Rs 10,000 from the wife of the accused. With whom he had gone to his village Lalpur. A minor was also with him at that time.
Police inquired
At the same time, when the police interrogated the minor, it was found that the accused Sanjay Kol used to doubt his wife. Also, during interrogation, it was revealed that on the evening of the incident, Sanjay and the minor boy came to the community hall with Joshua. Where he was made to drink alcohol and then was hit hard on the head with a stick, which caused a serious injury to his head and he fainted and died after some time. After which he absconded from there.
Sentenced to a fine of Rs 2,000
The police arrested the accused and presented the case in the court where the court sentenced the accused Sanjay Kol alias Sanju to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2,000. According to the prosecution, on March 10, 2021, the body of Joshua William (25) was lying near the community hall. In short PM, his cause of death was found to be due to head injury.
