Changes in MNREGA rules

The government is going to make a big change in this scheme from the new year. Under MNREGA, people get employment opportunity in rural areas. Digital attendance is going to be started to increase the transparency related to the scheme. Issuing new orders on December 23, the Ministry of Labor said that it will be mandatory to do digital attendance at all tax places. This new rule is going to come into effect from January 1.

Changes will also be made in NPS

There is also going to be a big change in the National Pension System from next year. Changes have been made in the rules of partial withdrawal by the government. From January 1, the new rules will be applicable to the employees of the Central, State and Central Autonomous Bodies. Under this, it will be mandatory to invest for a minimum of 3 years. Withdrawal will be allowed only 3 times in the entire period, that too 25% of the total amount.

Change in Ujjwala Yojana as well

There can be a big change in the Ujjwala Yojana from next year. Although there is some time left for its announcement. The wait for Budget 2023 has been going on for a long time. People hope that the government can make changes in the schemes by giving exemption to the public during this period. If the report is to be believed, the Finance Ministry may increase the subsidy on cooking gas under this scheme during the next budget.
