On Thursday, after sentencing Rahul Gandhi to two years in the same case, the judge immediately released him on bail for 30 days. The court has given this bail to Rahul Gandhi to appeal in the higher court against the decision of the District Sessions Court. During this, Rahul Gandhi can also file a petition for permanent bail. While pronouncing the verdict, the judge asked Rahul Gandhi, ‘You have something to say!’ On this, Rahul Gandhi said, ‘I always raise my voice against corruption. I deliberately did not say anything against anyone. No one was harmed by my statement.

Purnesh Modi had filed a criminal defamation case
