It is notable that the voting for the post of Panch will be done through ballot paper and ballot box and voting for Sarpanch and Janpad Panchayat member will be done through EVM. There will be by-election for 61 thousand 936 posts of Panch and general election for 1364 posts. There will be by-elections for 122 posts of Sarpanch and general elections for 78 posts. Apart from this, by-election will be held for 9 posts of Janpad Panchayat member. Voting will be held on 5 January 2023 from 7 am to 3 pm.
