Pakistan vs England Test: England team is on a tour of Pakistan after 17 years and is playing Test matches. The first match of the Test series is being played in Rawalpindi from Thursday (December 1). On the very first day of this match, the batsmen of England have blown away the Pakistani bowlers. England Test captain Ben Stokes decided to bat first after winning the toss. Batting first, England has made many big world records in its name.

On the first day of the match, the England batsmen thrashed the Pakistan bowlers fiercely. By the end of the first day’s play, England have put 506 runs on the scoreboard after losing 4 wickets. This is the highest run scored on the first day of Test cricket history. Before this, no team has scored so many runs before the test.

Apart from this, 4 batsmen of England scored centuries on the very first day of the Test match. Jack Crawley 122, Ben Duckt 107, Oli Pope 108 and Brooke played an unbeaten innings of 101 runs. Earlier, the batsmen of any team had not done such a feat.

Harry Brook hit 6 consecutive fours
England batsman Harry Brook scored a century on the first day while playing a quick innings. He is unbeaten on 101 runs till the end of the first day’s play. He hit 6 consecutive fours in the over of Pakistani bowler Saud Shakeel. With this, he also equaled a world record. Earlier, players like Sri Lankan great Sanath Jayasuriya, West Indies legend Ramnaresh Sarwan and Chris Gayle have also hit 6 fours in a row.

Fastest century in test
England started beating Pakistani bowlers from the very first over. England batsmen put 14 runs on the scoreboard in the very first over. England crossed the 100-run mark in 13.5 overs. This was England’s fastest century opening partnership in Test cricket. Earlier this record was in the name of Bangladesh. Bangladesh scored 100 runs in 13.4 overs against West Indies in the year 2012.
