Mumbai:
The Bangur Nagar police on Thursday registered an FIR against a member of Pakistan-based suspected terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Khalsa for sending threat messages to Mumbai Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) youth wing leader Tajinder Singh Tiwana. Is. According to the complaint, Tiwana received a call from an unknown number at 9 am on Thursday, but could not answer it as he was busy. However, after a few minutes, he started receiving WhatsApp messages from the same number. The messager told his name as Sandeep Singh and described himself as the spokesperson of the terrorist organization.
Threats to kill Indian Army officers as well
According to the complaint, Sandeep Singh threatened to kill his family in a WhatsApp message if he did not leave the BJP. The BJP youth wing leader also claimed in his statement to the police that the sender had threatened to kill other BJP and RSS leaders as well as officers of the Indian Army. After receiving several threatening messages, Tiwana contacted the police. Police has started investigating the sender of the message with the cyber wing.

unfazed by Tiwana threat
Based on her complaint, an FIR was registered under sections 506 (2) (criminal intimidation) and 507 (criminal intimidation by anonymous person) of the Indian Penal Code against the unknown caller and sender of the threat message. Police is trying to trace the caller through the mobile number from which Tiwana had received the messages. Meanwhile, Tiwana said, ‘I know how to handle miscreants. These threats will not scare me or my family.
