MP Weather Update: There is a steady decline in the day temperature of Madhya Pradesh. The temperature has dropped by 3 degree Celsius in the last 2 days. At the same time, the night temperature continues to fall. There was fog in the capital Bhopal on Tuesday. Clouds are being seen in the sky. People are starting to feel the cold. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain the same in the state for the next two days. After this there will be experience of severe cold.

In many districts in the state, the temperature has been recorded below 10 degrees. Cold wave alert has been issued in all the districts of the state. According to the Meteorological Department, the state will witness severe winter from the second week of December. The day temperature continues to fall, though the district is sunny in the afternoon but shivering is visible. Due to the cold winds coming from the Himalayas, there will be a more rapid drop in the temperature on the next 2 days.

Temperature dropped in these districts

Talking about the last 24 hours, the weather has been dry in all the divisions. A drop in the minimum temperature is being seen. The minimum temperature has dropped rapidly in Shahdol division. Much above normal temperature was recorded in Hoshangabad and Ujjain divisions. Above normal temperature has been recorded in Indore division while Shahdol Sagar and Gwalior have seen much less than normal temperature.

Khargone recorded a temperature of 31 degrees Celsius, Khandwa 31, Indore 29.4 while Mandla recorded a temperature of 29.4. Narsinghpur recorded a temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, Datia 23.8, Pachmarhi 24.8 while Seoni recorded a temperature of 25.8. The maximum temperature in Indore is 29.4 degree Celsius, in Bhopal it is 28.4 degree Celsius, in Jabalpur it is 26.6 while in Gwalior it is 26.2 degree Celsius.

According to meteorologists, fog has started spreading in many areas. Day temperatures and night temperatures are running higher than normal. Sunlight is getting less. Due to which the atmosphere like evening is being seen even during the day. Although a low pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal, which is bringing moisture to Madhya Pradesh, due to the high clouds, the heat will not be high, but the night temperature will increase.

According to the Meteorological Department, even though the state may not have seen the maximum effect of cold in November, but the cold has increased in December that till the end of December, a forecast of fog with tremors and cold wave has been issued. Many cities are immersed in fog.
