
MP High Court News: Through an interim order, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the order canceling the appointment of teachers who passed the Higher Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test 2018. The single bench has also directed the commissioner of the Tribal Affairs Department to appear personally on December 9 and present the reply.
The petitioner from Seoni, Sagar, Balaghat, Chhindwara, Indore, Gwalior Ashoknagar was represented by Advocate Rameshwar Singh Thakur on behalf of newly appointed teachers qualified for Teacher Eligibility Test 2018. Arguing in this, it was said that on October 21, all were appointed by the Tribal Affairs Department Commissioner to the post of Higher Secondary Teacher.
cancellation of appointment without any reason
Posting orders were issued for this, but by issuing an order on November 7, the commissioner of the Tribal Affairs Department canceled the appointments without giving any reason and without giving a chance to hear the candidates. The candidates say that it is unfair to cancel the appointment without any reason.
Not eligible as per advertisement
Although given by the state government. It is being said in the plea that the appointments have been canceled due to non-qualification as per the conditions of the advertisement. Also, the verification of the documents is yet to be done. On which the High Court has stayed the cancellation of the appointment and the commissioner has been directed to appear in person in the court on December 9.
