MP News: Madhya Pradesh number one in the field of good governance, CM Shivraj expressed happiness




Good Governance Index Madhya Pradesh has got first and second place on the basis of ranking in the field of good governance by the Government of India. The State has achieved this achievement in the Good Governance Index by the Central Government on Good Governance Day. There are four dimensions to measure good governance and in one of them Madhya Pradesh has got the first position, while in the rest it is at number two. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed happiness over this.

CM Shivraj said that ‘I am happy that Madhya Pradesh is at the top position in the four dimensions based on the ranking of the Government of India in the field of good governance. This is a big achievement for Madhya Pradesh. I congratulate the entire team. ‘It may be mentioned that the State Government had recently celebrated Good Governance Week from December 19 to 25 and during this, on-the-spot hearings were held by the Collectors in the districts. Several works were done including quick redressal of problems, giving benefits of various schemes to maximum number of eligible beneficiaries. The Chief Minister says that the government is committed to good governance. Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis has also been opened for good governance management in Madhya Pradesh.
