The victim told the police in her complaint that she was alone at home on Sunday evening and her family members had gone out for some work. Meanwhile, after getting the opportunity, the accused Mayank Kaurav entered the house and started molesting her. When protested by the victim, the accused ran away threatening to kill her if she told anyone about the assault. After this, when the family members reached home, they were told everything through the girl and lodged a complaint against the accused after reaching Thret Thane.
Significantly, regarding this matter, the police say that a case has been registered against the accused for molestation and under the POCSO Act. Now the accused is absconding, the police is searching for the accused. Who will be arrested soon.
