Narottam Mishra on Maulana Badruddin Ajmal There has been a ruckus over AIUDF President Maulana Ajmal’s statement regarding Hindus. The Muslim leader of Assam, in a program organized in Karimganj, said about Hindus that they keep wives illegally till the age of 40 and marry after that, their ability to produce children decreases. He said that we get married at a young age here and Hindus should also adopt our formula.
This statement of MP and President of All India United Democratic Front Badruddin Ajmal is being condemned across the country. Madhya Pradesh’s Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has also advised him regarding this. Narottam Mishra said that ‘Today even that mother from whose womb you took birth will be ashamed. In a country that praises women, change the mindset of a machine that indulges her and produces children. Let us tell you that after the uproar on this matter, Badruddin Ajmal has clarified that if someone’s sentiments have been hurt by his words, then he takes back his words. In this case, a Hinduist organization of Assam has also filed a complaint against him in Nagaon Sadar Police Station.
Ajmal made several controversial comments in his statement. He said that ‘they (Hindus) keep 2-3 wives illegally before 40 years. Where is the ability to have children after 40 years? They should adopt the formula of Muslims and get their children married at the age of 18-20 years. Along with this, he also spoke controversially on Love Jihad. Regarding this, BJP has told him the second version of Aurangzeb. Because of his talk, he has come under target of many Hindu organizations including BJP.
