Dhar News: A case of death of a leopard in a road accident has come to light in Ganesh Ghat of Dhamnod forest range in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. It is being told that the leopard was crossing the road at Ganesh Ghat when an unknown vehicle crushed the leopard, which killed it on the spot.

As soon as the information about the incident was received, the forest department team reached the spot and prepared a panchnama and sent the dead body of the leopard to the PM. At the same time, the team of Forest Department has started investigating this whole matter.
Significantly, the body of the leopard was taken to the forest department office Bharud in the entire area. Here the vet did the postmortem. The cremation was done in the forest of Bharundpura. Leopards roam continuously in the forests around Tarapur area. Many times leopards come on the road at night. Sometimes they also come on the roads to hunt the animals of the surrounding areas.
