Dr. Mrs. Pushpa Dhurve has been asked to present her side within seven days. If a satisfactory reply is not received within the time limit, the registration and license of the nursing home will be canceled unilaterally.

Let us inform that on December 16, a surprise inspection of Dhurve Nursing Home, Ward No. 11 Doctors Colony, Budhi, Balaghat was done by the inspection team under the leadership of Dr. Gaurav Karvate, Medical Officer of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Government District Hospital. It has been said in the report of the inspection team that Dhruve Nursing Home is allowed to operate a 10-bed nursing home, but a 25-bed nursing home is being operated there. The medical fitness certificate of the director of the nursing home, Dr. Pushpa Dhurve, and the copy of her registration certificate in Madhya Pradesh have not been displayed prominently. Necessary ETPs have not been installed to sterilize the waste water coming out of the hospital. Infected blood and dirty water coming out of the nursing home is being drained into the drain of the municipality. Due to which excessive foul smell is spreading near the entrance of the hospital and there is a strong possibility of the nearby residential population getting infected.

According to the report of the inspection team, the registration number and license number of the hospital have not been mentioned in the OPD slip, register, recruitment register and other records being used in the nursing home. Complaint Book is not available at the counseling counter of the Nursing Home and rate list is not displayed prominently. Electrical safety clearance certificate from the competent authority is not available. Temporary fire clearance letter is not available for fire and life safety. The canteen in the basement of the nursing home is being operated without obtaining a food safety license. Three jumbo oxygen cylinders and 01 small oxygen cylinder have been kept in the LPG gas cylinder and 01 small oxygen cylinder in the central oxygen line near the LPG gas cylinder in the basement of the nursing home, which is a very serious situation from the point of view of fire safety.
Dr. Manoj Pandey told that the registration and license of Dhurve Nursing Home has been issued on June 15 and its validity is till March 31, 2023. Operator was found for irregularities in the inspection of Dhurve Nursing Home.
