Giving information about the case, GRP station in-charge Nema said that the report was made by Manjit Singh, a resident of Gorakhpur. His wife was traveling in the train. Meanwhile, some unknown stole his purse, in which cash and gold and silver jewelry were kept. After which, on reporting, 3 women and 2 men were detained on the basis of the description given by the team of GRP, RPF.
Revealed during interrogation
During interrogation, it was revealed that he had stolen the purse of the woman, from whom Rs 2.500 and stolen ring, chain and earrings were recovered. Also, TI GRP told that all the five people used to target women during the train journey and get down at the next station.
All the five accused confessed
At the same time, the other five accused have also accepted the other incident. Let us tell you that the five accused are residents of Jharkhand, who used to travel in trains and target women, against whom a case has been registered under various sections and further action is being taken.
