The three-match T20 and three-match ODI series between India and Sri Lanka will begin on Tuesday, January 3. The BCCI recently announced the Indian squad for the series against Sri Lanka. BCCI has handed over the command of the team to Hardik Pandya for the T20 series. While Rohit Sharma will take charge of the team in the ODI series. Team India is fully prepared for the bilateral series. Sri Lanka has also started preparations for the tour of India. Sri Lanka has added a new physiotherapist for this tour.

Sri Lanka has roped in former England team physio Chris Clarke Irons for the tour of India. Clarke-Irons is attached to Sri Lanka as a physiotherapist for two years. Sri Lanka Cricket announced the appointment of Chris Clarke Irons as the lead physiotherapist of the national team with effect from Sunday, January 1. Chris Clark Irons has also worked with the England cricket team. Will now work with the Sri Lankan team.

Where did chris clarke irons study
Chris Clarke has a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of East London, Near Irons. Along with this, he has done MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from King’s J, London. Let us tell you that Clarke-Irons was the head of science and medicine. He was also the lead physiotherapist of Essex County Cricket Club. Before joining Sri Lanka Cricket, SLC gave this information in a release on Sunday.

T20 and ODI series will be played on these dates
Let us tell you that the three-match T20 series between India and Sri Lanka will start from Wankhede Stadium Mumbai on June 3. The second match of the series will be played at MCA Stadium Pune on 5th January. The third and last match of the series will be played on January 7 at SCA Stadium Rajkot. After T20, ODI series will be played between the two teams. The first match of the ODI series will be played on January 10 at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. The second match of the series will be played on January 12 at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The third and last match of the series will be played at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram.
