New Delhi:

India vs Bangladesh ODI: Team India has lost the ODI series in Bangladesh. This is Team India’s second consecutive defeat in Bangladesh. Earlier in the year 2015, under the leadership of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Team India had lost the series. After the match, the head coach of the Indian team, Rahul Dravid, has expressed the possibility that India will have a strong team through the home series in January next year, which will play continuously till the ODI World Cup 2023.

Dravid said in the press conference after the match, ‘From our point of view, it has not been so easy to play. We didn’t have the full team. We hope that from January we will get the full team to play in the home series, but it will depend on the injuries. We have to play nine ODIs (three against New Zealand, three against Sri Lanka and three against Australia) before the IPL and hope that we will get a stable team for these matches.

It is not so easy to adapt to formats. Dravid said, “Our white-ball specialists will get some rest as Test matches will be played.”
