
Central Employees News: Important news for central employees. The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has launched several new systems and portals for the employees, which enables the transfer (rotation/reciprocal), deputation, APAR, IPR, IGOT training, vigilance status, deputation opportunities, service to the employees in digital mode. Will provide manual and other basic HR services like leave, visit, reimbursement etc.
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh said that DoPT is fast emerging as a major human resource center for the Government of India. In the last 8 years of the Modi Government, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has become a dedicated “Facilitator Ministry” to serve both the employees and the common man. The transformational reforms undertaken by DoPT, Department of Pensions and ARPG in the last 8 years It has enhanced transparency, accountability and technology driven changes through dashboard mechanism to pursue the ultimate goal of Prime Minister’s mantra “Maximum Work, Minimum Government”.
Dr. Jitendra Singh said that Mission Karmayogi has reached a new level and is now available on mobile app to learn and connect with it from anywhere. Mission Karmayogi has now moved into its next generation after Prime Minister Modi launched the Karmayogi Prarambh module during the 2nd edition of the job fair on November 22, 2022. This initiation module of Mission Karmayogi will go a long way in preparing the new entrants to the government service in a concrete manner for the future role.
Karmayogi mobile app will work like this
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh also launched the mobile application of IGOT Karmayogi Portal prepared by Karmayogi Bharat (SPV). It aims to create a professional, well trained and future ready civil service for India. Mission Karmayogi was launched by the Government of India. IGOT-Karmayogi mobile app is also being launched. This app and platform will facilitate continuous training to all government employees at multiple levels based on their domain areas. This app and platform will facilitate anytime, anywhere, any device learning to train approximately 20 million users which was not possible through traditional means till now.

Probity portal also launched
Dr Jitendra Singh also launched the Revised Probity Portal. In 2017, a dedicated online portal (https://probity-dopt.nic.in ) was made functional to receive data from all Ministries/Departments/Autonomous Organizations/Public Sector Banks in respect of the following items. Review under FR 56(J)/similar provisions, number of cases pending for sanction of prosecution, implementation of rotational transfer policy – identification of sensitive posts and number of sensitive posts held for more than 3 years, large and No. of Minor Penal Disciplinary Proceedings, Closure of Interview for Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted)/Group Posts.

DoPT has now completely revamped the existing Probity portal. The new and revamped Probity portal and the real time information being entered using it will send a clear signal that ‘poor performance’ and ‘inefficiency’ of public servants will not be tolerated and will be done with ‘honesty’ and ‘integrity’ in public service. Right attitude towards is expected from every Government Servant.

Srinivas, Secretary, DARPG said that the Union Minister Dr.Jitendra Singh launched the revised e-HRMS 2.0 portal, which enables transfer of employees in digital mode (rotation/reciprocal), deputation, APR, IPR, IGOT training, vigilance status, Will provide deputation opportunities, service book and other basic HR services like leave, tour, reimbursement etc.
- It is the first digital system of the Government of India for providing end-to-end HR services. This will lead DOPT towards complete digitization of HR services, save tons of printing paper along with manpower and provide job satisfaction to the employees.
- Ease of doing/disposing HRA work will be encouraged and will also help in increasing productivity and transparency in administrative functioning.
- In this, 50.79 lakh public grievances have been redressed, 282 lakh service delivery applications have been disposed of, 863 innovations in governance have been documented and 194 Vision India @ 2047 district level documents have been uploaded on the GGW22 portal till 24 December 2022.
