Employees Order: There is great news for the officer employees. Actually the order has been issued by the ministry. Under which the time limit has been increased giving great relief to the employees. However, it has been clarified by the Ministry that this extension of time limit is final. After this the employees will not get the chance to fill APAR through HRMS.
The Ministry of Railways has given instructions to extend the date within the e-APAR for 2020-21 and 21 -22 to be completed by January 10 through this in HRA of Railway employees. The progress of finalization of e-APARs is reviewed after the expiry of the due date for finalization of e-APARs through the APAR module of HRMS.
The issued order states that despite extension of the due date for finalization of e-APARs several times, resolving server related issues and ensuring round the clock functioning of the module, a large number of APARs are pending at various stages. Huh. Apart from this, several requests have been received in the Board’s office for the request to re-open the window.
Considering these requests, it has been decided by the competent authority that one last opportunity is being given to finalize the pending APARs. as attached.

In the issued order, the employees are further advised to make all efforts to ensure the exact identification of the officers concerned in the APARs. Those who have pending APARs and ensure completion within stipulated time.
Submit a compliance report to the Board in this regard. It has been clarified in the order that the pending APARs will be taken seriously even after this time limit and system generated officer-wise pending reports will be sent to the controlling officers for accountability determination.
