
Narottam Mishra big announcement : Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra has made a big announcement. He has said that now the excellence of the police stations in Indore and Bhopal will be measured on the evaluation of the public. The police station will get rank on the basis of the number given by the public to the police station. Narottam Mishra was discussing with journalists after completion of 1 year of implementation of commissionerate system in Indore and Bhopal.
It has been one year since the commissionerate system was implemented in Bhopal and Indore. Today, on this occasion, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra met the policemen, presented them flowers and fed them sweets. On this occasion, Narottam also patted the police for doing a good job and told with statistics that what kind of change has come after the implementation of the police commissionerate system in Bhopal and Indore of Madhya Pradesh. After this, he took a meeting with Director General of Police Sudhir Saxena at the Bhopal commissioner’s office and discussed with the officials.
After the discussion, Narottam Mishra said that now it has been decided that a register will be kept in every police station of Bhopal and Indore, where the person coming to that police station, how he was treated…how his report was written.. If there is no problem, on the basis of this the number will be given to the police station while evaluating. On the basis of this, a monthly survey will be done and the rank of the police station will be decided. Narottam also said that this is also an important step towards governance of the people by the people for the people and the main objective of the police is patriotism and public service which will be fulfilled more quickly by such innovations. He also told that after the implementation of the Police Commissionerate system, there has been a reduction of 20% per one lakh crimes in Bhopal and 25% per one lakh crimes in Indore.
