MP Farmers News: There is good news for the farmers of Madhya Pradesh. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has made a big announcement regarding the farmers. Addressing the Kisan Gaurav Sammelan, he said that farmers will be given training in modern agriculture, farmers will be made aware of the latest agricultural equipment and latest technology through special exhibitions. Continuous thinking is going on for how to do maximum work for the welfare of the farmers. Chief Minister’s Farm Road Scheme will also be started. On the suggestion of the farmers, there will be provision of necessary amount in the upcoming budget.
CM Shivraj Singh said that such big exhibitions will also be organized in the districts, in which the latest agricultural equipment will be displayed. Farmers will be trained by their observation and will be able to make agriculture work easier. Farmer brothers will be able to get more profit on the principle of “price of mango kernels” by getting information about new agricultural techniques. The grant scheme for transformers was stopped by the previous government, which will be restarted. Mukhyamantri Khet Sadak Yojana will also start.
There will be many provisions in the budget
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that farmers should also get training in modern farming. Farmers are also expressing interest in adopting natural farming in the state. Schemes related to farmers are being implemented on priority in the state. In this connection, such farmer families, who have one or two acres of revenue land from the time of their forefathers and in which they are doing agriculture and they belong to general and backward class, will be considered for giving patta in their old cases. Apart from this, there will be effective implementation of Kapildhara scheme. On the suggestion of the farmers, there will be provision of necessary amount for the farmers in the upcoming budget.
Irrigation schemes implemented in every area of the state
CM Shivraj Chouhan said that continuous work has been done in Madhya Pradesh for the benefit of the farmers. Irrigation potential was developed only in 7 lakh 50 thousand hectare area in the state till the year 2003, by combining the efforts of British and Nawabs rule and earlier governments, at present irrigation capacity has increased to 45 lakh hectare. Now the target is to increase it to 65 lakh hectares. Irrigation schemes are implemented in every area of the state. The work of expansion of irrigation potential is being done continuously.
The goal of the state government is to provide benefits of the schemes to the farmers
Along with the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Nidhi, the amount of Chief Minister Kisan-Kalyan Yojana is also being given to the farmers. They are being benefited by the program. The previous government had announced interest waiver but did nothing. Now the state government has decided to waive the loan interest amount. The aim of the state government is to provide maximum benefits of the schemes to the farmers. Loans are being made available to the farmers at zero percent interest. The amount will be ceremonially transferred to the farmers. The state government is spending huge amount on electricity subsidy. It is continuously monitored.

CM Chouhan said that if there is any discrepancy in the implementation of the schemes, the farmer brothers should inform about it. Farmers visit to see irrigation schemes. See whether the canals are being repaired or not. It is the duty of all of us to ensure that water reaches the tail end in the fields. Ensure that farmers get enough water. Sufficient amount of water is available in the dams of the state. Plans are being made by spending a huge budget. Pipelines are being laid for irrigation. Make sure the quality of irrigation related works by visiting Kisan Bandhu area. Keep an eye on the works under construction related to irrigation.
Camps will be held in 2023
He said that farmer brothers should also cooperate in solving revenue related problems. Camps will be organized in the coming year to solve the problems related to the farmers. Members of farmers’ organizations should work to solve all the problems within a month after the start of the camp in the districts in the presence of officers and employees. CM Chouhan urged that this work will be done as a campaign with the participation of farmers after the camp starts.
Farmer organizations should also come forward
CM Chouhan said that the works related to account distribution and transfer etc. should be dealt with on priority with the cooperation of the members of farmers’ organizations. The farmer’s team should also work out what are the tasks that need to be done immediately. Solving such problems without delay makes it easier for the farming community to get maximum benefits and avoid minor problems. Responsibility should also be discharged in the task of replacing burnt transformers. Look at the arrangements connected to the transformer. Farmers organizations are useful and relevant only when they work in the interest of the farmers. The schemes of the Prime Minister and the state government should reach the people properly. If there is a problem, try to remove it.
