UP Employees Recruitment: Big benefits will be given to the laborers by the state government. Actually 22000 outsourcing employees will be recruited. This recruitment process is to be completed by next month, details of vacant posts have been sought from all the schools within 15 days.
22000 employees will be recruited in private aided secondary schools of Uttar Pradesh. The details of vacant posts of Class III and Class IV employees have been demanded. The committee will be constituted at the divisional level by the DIOS Divisional Joint Director of Education.
Work will be completed by January
To complete the further process, the outsourcing company will be selected for the districts according to the vacancies. This work style has to be completed from the month of December to January. In this case, RP Mishra, spokesperson of the State Secondary Teachers Association, says that in 2011, the recruitment of Class IV employees was banned. The posts of class III employees also remained vacant. Now the staff will be recruited. Due to which the schools will get a big relief.
44% posts still vacant
According to the released data, 45000 posts are sanctioned in 4500 non-government aided schools of the state. Out of which 44% posts are still vacant. Staff will be appointed in these schools throughout the month. If any kind of negligence increases in the process from the details of vacant posts to the deployment of employees for these posts, then major action will be taken against such officers.
Recruitment of so many employees
Under the issued rule, 5 employees will be appointed in high school level schools while 7 employees will be appointed for intermediate. 10 employees will be kept for other subjects including science. There is a possibility of keeping a pooled staff for the agricultural class as well.
