Employee News: There is good news for the temporary employees of Jammu Municipal Corporation. The employees will be regularized soon. For this, the Corporation has issued a notice and within 15 days, the employees have been asked to file their suggestions and objections under the Jammu Municipal Corporation Class IV (Special Powers) Regulation 2014.
After receiving suggestions and objections, further process for regularization will be initiated. Temporary peons, sweepers, gardeners, helpers and cleaners working in the Municipal Corporation will be benefited by this, in which about 600 employees will be regularised. For this, the corporation has started preparations.
The Civic Safai Karamchari Union has welcomed the decision and thanked the administration. Along with this, he demanded that the final list should be issued soon after completing the entire process. After this, about 600 employees of the corporation would be confirmed. But before this, within 15 days these personnel will have to register their suggestions and objections.
