Employee Holiday 2023: There is good news for the employees of SAIL and BSL before the new year. SAIL Corporate Office Deputy General Manager – Personnel Rajesh Kumar has released the holiday calendar for 2023. These holidays include Sundays, Restricted Holidays, SAIL Foundation Day and important festivals.
Under the order, the employees will get the benefit of 15 closed holidays and 35 restricted holidays. Non-executive employees in SAIL Corporate Office can avail any five Restricted Holidays out of 35 Restricted Holidays. It is worth mentioning that 15 close holidays do not include even a single Sunday, rather it includes restricted holidays, SAIL foundation day and important festivals. All close holidays are on days other than Sundays.
In the released 2023 holiday calendar, these holidays include SAIL Foundation Day, Republic Day, Holi, Ram Navami, Mahavir Jayanti, Buddha Purnima, Eid, Muharram, Independence Day, Janmashtami, Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, Gurunanak Jayanti, Christmas etc.
