Employees-Teachers Promotion: Employees- There is good news for teachers. The notification on promotion has been issued by the state government even before the beginning of the new year. Along with this, a new section has been added in the Promotion Rules 2016. Whose benefit will be to more than 3 lakh teachers and employees working in the School Education Department. At the same time, the way for their promotion will also be clear.
Amendment in rule six of Recruitment and Promotion Rules 2016
An amendment has been published by Madhya Pradesh Vallabh Bhawan in Madhya Pradesh Gazette under number 626. Under which a new section has been added in Rule 6 of Madhya Pradesh State and Subordinate Education Service Sala Branch Recruitment and Promotion Rules 2016. Clause d is set after clause c.
Under this, if there is a vacant post in the school and in case of need, a qualified employee can be posted as his replacement. However, this posting will remain till such time as a qualified person is not selected for the higher post as per this rule.

According to the amended rule in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette, to fill the vacancies of the appropriate post, as per the requirement, holding the qualification for a post higher than the appropriate government servant and available on the basis of seniority as well as usefulness, such employee will be given a further order. Promotion can be handed over to them while giving promotion. However, the officer ordered to officiate in such higher post shall not have any seniority or pay unless such officer is officiating in the higher post.
Officers can be given the benefit of promotion
Apart from this, under the rule attached in section D, all the powers applicable to such appropriate post will have to be exercised by the promotion officer, who is currently working in an established manner. With this amendment in the Promotion Rules 2016, the way for the promotion of teachers and employees has been cleared. At the same time, some officers will be given the benefit of promotion.
