According to the information, former Haryana minister Kartar Singh Bhadana, who contested the Lok Sabha elections in 2019 on a Bahujan Samaj Party ticket, addressed the election meeting at Karh Ashram in Noorabad area during the election rallies. While he did not have any kind of permission from the District Election Officer for this meeting. At the same time, in violation of the code of conduct, an election meeting was held at a religious place.

In this case, a complaint was lodged against BSP candidate Kartar Singh Bhadana at Noorabad police station. On which a case was registered against him under Section 188 and Section 7 of the Religious Institution Formation Act for violation of the Election Code of Conduct. But after this Bhadana did not appear in the court. On which a warrant was issued against him. On Wednesday, Kartar Singh Bhadana arrived to appear in the Morena court. Where he applied for bail but the JMFC judge rejected his bail on section seven. There he was ordered to be sent to jail. At the same time, Bhadana’s lawyer has applied for bail in the district court. Which can probably be heard on Thursday. For the time being, he will have to remain in jail on Wednesday.
