Footwear Cluster : Industrial development is happening continuously in Indore. In fact, 28 women have come forward for the industry in the Women Entrepreneur Park being built in Pitampur, Indore. Actually, Women Entrepreneurs Park is being built in the new sector of Pithampur. Now along with this a footwear cluster will also be prepared. In this way, more than five thousand people are going to get employment. In a few months this number will increase to more.

In-principle approval has just been received for setting up a footwear cluster. It will be built on about 100 acres. Soon its work will be started after marking the land. The special thing is that more than 100 industrialists are ready to do industry in this footwear cluster. Within a year, more than 50 industries in this cluster will start their production here. Due to this, employment will also be faster.

Regarding this today, AIMP President Yogesh Mehta and women entrepreneurs of AIMP Siddhi Women’s Wing met Manish Singh, Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation and discussed about this matter. Meanwhile, Manish Singh has agreed to give land for construction of footwear cluster and women’s park in the industrial area. Along with this, after marking the land for the cluster and starting the process, he has done it with the officials.

Even before today, the entrepreneurs had held talks with Manish Singh regarding this. Then the entrepreneurs said that it is most important to have security where they are given space because women will do more work here. In fact, only women can come to set up industries in the Women Entrepreneurs Park. Because of this, it is most important to take care of security. Girish Punjabi, Amit Sancheti, women wing’s Vandana Shrimal, Sunita Jain, Vinita Jaiswal, Shweta Sisodia, Manisha Yewale along with others were present in today’s meeting.
