Khargone Encroachment News : The campaign to remove illegal encroachers from government land is going on continuously across the state. In this sequence, action was taken to remove encroachment from valuable government land within Khargone district. Government land was encroached upon for years. The estimated market value of the land is around Rs 60 crore.

Let us tell you that Yogesh Thakkar was found using the land by building an agricultural farm on the valuable government land. In this farm, dry fodder kept in 2.0 by 40 feet area, building constructed in 30 by 40 feet and tin shed installed in 25 by 60 feet were being used by encroachment and apart from this, agricultural land was found in other area. On the occasion, Collector Kumar SDM Singh and Municipality CMO Priyanka Patel have been instructed to vacate the entire land and take the land under government possession.
It may be noted that a total of 11 acres 76 decimals of land has been freed from encroachment in the joint action of three departments on Wednesday under the direction of the Collector. Giving information, the Collector said that this land is registered in the government records in the name of the Managing Collector. It was occupied without any authority. Encroachment will be removed and the land will be taken under government ownership. On the other hand, the SDM told that the owner of total 11.acre 76 decimal land of Khasra No. 102 and 104 Patwari Halka Panch is the Managing Collector. The land situated on Mangrul Road was encroached upon by Yogesh Thakkar by making Maa Bageshwari Agricultural Marf.
A case has been registered against the encroacher in the police station under various sections.
On the other hand, the SDOP said that in the year 2017, a case has been registered against the encroacher in Mengaon police station under several sections. Regarding these matters, SP Dharamveer Singh said that in 2017, a case has been registered against the encroacher under various sections of the Atrocity Act. What action has been taken in that matter till now. Taking this information, further legal action will be taken.
