Mandsaur Dodachura Smuggler News : The court in Mandsaur has sentenced three accused to 10-10 years of rigorous imprisonment after being found guilty in the Dodachura smuggling case. Along with this, he has also been punished with a fine of one lakh rupees.

Giving information about the incident, the prosecution Deepak Jamra said that on March 28, 2014, on the information of the informer, the Pipliamandi police arrested three accused Vikram Singh father Kamal Singh Rajput (30), Ganpat father Bherulal Meena (23) and Jujhar Lal Ramkishan Meena (23) of Ambav village. 23) recovered 60 kg 600 grams of intoxicant doda sawdust filled in three plastic bags from near the village.
It may be noted that the police after registering a case against the three accused under the Narcotics Act, presented them before the Special Court of NDPS. After hearing for almost 8 years, the court found all the three accused guilty and imposed rigorous imprisonment of ten years each and a fine of one lakh rupees. The prosecution in the case was conducted by Nirmala Singh Chowdhary. From which the accused was punished with the said punishment by the Hon’ble Special Court.
