MLA Jajpal Singh Jajji caste certificate: A single bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court has canceled the caste certificate of MLA Jajpal Singh Jajji. Along with this, Ashoknagar Superintendent of Police has been instructed to register a case against him for making fake caste certificates. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on the BJP MLA from Ashok Nagar.
assembly membership will be canceled
Assembly membership of Jajpal Singh Jajji will also be cancelled. The court has ordered the assembly to terminate their membership. The allegation of taking advantage of Scheduled Caste reservation by making caste certificate of Keer caste against him has been proved. Please inform that this caste has reservation in Punjab but in Madhya Pradesh this caste does not come under reservation. This matter came to the fore in the year 2018 when Jajji won the Ashoknagar assembly seat on a Congress party ticket. At that time there was Laddu Ram Kori from BJP in front of him who had lost the election. After losing the election, Kori filed a petition against Jajji in the High Court regarding the caste certificate. Along with this, an election petition was also filed.
this is the case
Laddu Ram Kori’s advocate Sangam Jain had presented all the caste certificates of Jajpal Singh Jajji before the court. In this, it came to light that he is basically a resident of Punjab and the Kori caste certificate he got made, he has got reservation there. But they cannot be given reservation in Madhya Pradesh. The High Court first heard the petition filed regarding the caste certificate. Let us tell you that after resigning from the 2018 election in the year 2018, Jajji contested the by-election in 2020 with BJP ticket and was re-elected as MLA and at present he is BJP MLA. But now after the decision of the High Court, his political future seems to be in limbo.
