Burhanpur News : Recently, a big news has come out from Burhanpur, it is being told that some miscreants along with two employees looted the office of a liquor contractor in Guru Govind Singh Colony of Lalbagh police station area last day i.e. on Sunday. In such a situation, the miscreants first took the employees hostage and then looted Rs 13 lakh from them at gunpoint.

According to the information, immediately after this robbery took place, the police was informed about this. Only then the police team reached the spot and started investigation in this matter with investigation. In-charge SP Antarsingh Kanesh, CSP Brijesh Srivastava, in-charge of all police stations and investigation experts had reached the spot as soon as they got the information.

13 lakhs blown away

The police were informed by the victim employees that due to the bank holiday on Saturday, the cash of the liquor shops was kept in the office for two days. In such a situation, Rs 7 lakh was kept in cash for about two days, out of which Rs 5 lakh was brought to the cash office.

But some miscreants barged into the office and first threatened him at the point of a knife and then fled after looting Rs 13 lakh. Right now the police is engaged in the investigation regarding this matter. The police team is searching for the miscreants. Soon the police team can reveal about this matter.
