Due to breakdown of the biochemist machine, the patients had to face a lot of difficulties in getting the tests done and the reports could not be received on time. Due to the delay in the reports, the patients could not even get timely treatment. The relatives were continuously seen circling the lab to get the reports.

Information was given to get it rectified, but it was not rectified for 2 days, due to which the investigation of the patients was pending. All the doctors who are on duty in the District Hospital and Charak Hospital treat the patients on the basis of the reports. Due to non-receipt of reports, patients could not get treatment.
On the other hand, in this case, the administration of the district hospital says that a technical problem had occurred, but the company was informed to rectify it. The team had fixed the machine and now the reports are being given to the patients on time after checking.
