MP High Court bans nursing exam: Taking a major decision, the Gwalior Bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court has banned the BSC Nursing second year examination being conducted across the state. The court has also ordered to seal the copies of the examination held on 1st and 6th December, in this case the High Court has summoned the Controller of Examinations of the Medical University by giving a notice.

In fact, on September 19, Jabalpur Medical University (Jabalpur Medical University) had issued an order in which the time table for the second year examination of B.Sc. There was neither affiliation nor registration.

Petitioner Advocate Umesh Bohre drew the court’s attention to the order of the Medical University and the earlier Nursing College forgery, while hearing the petition, the High Court stayed the order and notification of the Medical University on September 19, 2022, BSC second year examination Banned and ordered to seal the copies of the examination held on 1 and 6 December.

After hearing the petition by the Gwalior Bench of the High Court, the Medical University Jabalpur has ordered the Controller of Examinations to appear in the Gwalior High Court on January 4 with complete documents.
