mp news : Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh has taken another big decision. Another service of revenue department has been included in the Public Service Guarantee Scheme by the state government. The service related to the issue of no-dues certificate of the land of the Revenue Department has been included in the Public Service Guarantee Scheme.
Revenue Minister Govind Singh Rajput has said that the service related to the issue of no-dues certificate of the land of the Revenue Department has been included in the Public Service Guarantee Scheme. Now farmers and general public will have to compulsorily issue no-deuse certificate of land by Tehsildar in a day.
Under this, if the no-dues certificate of the land is not issued by the Tehsildar within the prescribed period, then its first appeal will have to be made to the Sub-Divisional Officer and the second appeal to the concerned District Collector. After this they will be able to get no-dues proof.
