Actually, Collector Shivraj Singh Verma reached village Bokrata on Saturday. Where he informed the villagers about the PESA Act and said that from now onwards the Patwari of the village will read Khasra, B-One by coming to the Gram Sabha. Collector Shivraj Singh Verma had reached village Bokrata. Where the awareness campaign and gram sabha was to be organized from December 5 to 7 as per the instructions of the government under the PESA Act, but the nodal officer did not do so. As soon as the information was received, he was suspended with immediate effect under Rule 9 of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Rules, 1966. has given. During the period of suspension, their headquarter has been fixed at development block Thekri. Apart from this, the secretary has been directed to issue a notice and explain the reason. Along with this, the concerned officers were instructed to compile the information of such nodal officers and propose action against them.

Oath administered on drug free and cleanliness

A large number of villagers including Principal District and Sessions Judge Anand Kumar Tiwari, DFO Barwani SL Bhargava, District Panchayat CEO Anil Kumar Damor, Legal Services Authority Secretary Amit Sisodia were present in the camp. While giving information about the PESA Act in the camp, the Collector said that if any villager has to make any kind of amendment in his revenue record, he will inform it to the Gram Sabha. The Gram Sabha will pass the resolution and send it to the SDM. After which the record will be amended. Now the villagers will not have to visit government offices, but will have to go to the gram sabha itself.

Aadhaar center was also inspected

After which the collector also inspected the Aadhaar center in the village. During this, the collector obtained information from the Aadhaar center operator due to the huge crowd gathering at the center. The Aadhaar center operator said that apart from making new Aadhaar cards, villagers have also come to the center for updation and amendment. After which the Collector directed the Aadhaar center operator to open Aadhaar centers regularly and give the benefits of Aadhaar center facilities to the villagers, so that they do not have to face problems.
