Then why this kind of notification has been issued in Gwalior on 22nd December due to which the vehicle seller dealer of Gwalior was benefited and only the Gwalior Regional Transport Officer will get the revenue. Why this exemption has not been given to the rest of the vehicle vendors of the state and why they cannot register the vehicles purchased from the Gwalior trade fair in other transport offices of our state. Why only one transport office has been given the right to receive revenue. This would be considered a violation of the right to equality under Article of the Constitution of India.
