Rameez Raja has blamed the BCCI for starting this debate. Raja said, ‘What if the Pakistan government does not allow Pakistanis to travel to India due to security issues. This is a very emotive topic here. The debate was started by the BCCI in a way. We had to answer. Test cricket needs India vs Pakistan.
